These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you", "your workspace", or "Customer") and TaskFlow ("we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the TaskFlow application, API, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
TaskFlow connects to your email inbox and workspace tools (currently Outlook, Slack, and Notion, via each provider's own OAuth authorization) to read inbound messages, and uses AI (Google Gemini) to draft tasks, detect clients mentioned in messages, and prepare draft replies for customer-facing messages. Draft replies are never sent automatically — a human on your team reviews and sends them. Automated workflows you configure yourself (in the Automations page) may take actions without a review step; you are responsible for what those workflows do.
Tasks, client records, priority assignments, draft replies, and summaries produced by TaskFlow's AI features are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a given situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — especially anything intended to be sent to your own customers — before relying on or sending it. TaskFlow is not liable for actions taken (or messages sent) on the basis of AI output that you did not independently verify.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of the data you put into TaskFlow (messages, tasks, client records, and anything else your workspace creates). We access that data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for having the right to connect any third-party account (email inbox, Slack workspace, Notion workspace) you authorize TaskFlow to access, and for complying with that provider's own terms of service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy, who acts as merchant of record. Prices are as displayed at checkout. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.
Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free — it depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, our AI provider, the messaging platforms you connect) that is outside our control. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance that affects availability.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, don't pay for a subscription, or pose a security risk to the Service or other customers. On termination, we'll retain your data only as described in the Privacy Policy's retention section, then delete it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
